Each individual art is manufactured in several stages, firstly the image is digitally printed to high resolution and mounted onto the reverse of a pre-prepared clear acrylic panel. The acrylic has been cut to size, shaped and then given a flame polished edge, creating the illusion of a solid glass panel.

The mounted image is then secured to a second back panel, manufactured in brushed silver aluminium on a dark blue acrylic surround that matches the corporate guidelines of the club. To add extra dimension to the sign, the image panel is raised from the surrounding using stainless steed locator fixings.
